After Hamilton Group Meeting Planners has negotiated an agreed-upon rate for the hotel, vendors and other amenities, we will review every bill daily to determine its accuracy.
Every item will be reviewed and every charge will be confirmed.
HGMP’s account auditing ensures that you don’t pay more than the agreed upon amount. Our auditing service includes:
